INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your results, protected by law and backed by agreements
As a general rule, Keeltek retains ownership of the results obtained during the development of the EDT Offer. If these results are eligible for legal protection, Keeltek will retain the industrial property rights.
However, we are open to joint or individual exploitation agreements, where protection and ownership rights are specifically determined.
PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Nature of the relationship
The relationship between Keeltek and the client is exclusively commercial in nature. Under no circumstances is there any employment relationship with Keeltek staff who may be involved in the client's facilities.
This ensures that the service remains within the scope of the agreement.
EXPENSES
Payment terms
The details of each service, as well as the costs and payment methods, are clearly indicated in the EDT offer.
We ensure that each client has the necessary information about the payment method and cost structure from the start of the project.
